Union of Three Hearts Meditation is a non-moving, seated form of qigong that trains the mind and quiets the heart. Through regular practice one is able to connect with Heaven, Earth, and all humanity. One is able to merge with the universe, return to the beginning of time, and see the world with renewed understanding.
